Marco is the Information Technology User Support Manager at the Helmsley Trust. In this role, he is responsible for managing the help desk and overseeing day-to-day staff IT support issues, mobile devices, and conference room A/V systems. His IT background includes over 20 years of work in the nonprofit sector, which has given Marco a keen understanding of both technical challenges and user needs.

Marco graduated from Hofstra University with a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis on computer science. Most recently he was an IT Officer at Henry Street Settlement, where he oversaw and managed all aspects of IT operations. Previously he spent over a decade at the National Kidney Foundation as the Senior Director of IT User Services.

In addition to being technology focused, Marco enjoys quality time with his family and friends, cooking and attending sporting events and concerts.
